Workshop Details

Even though I love the ritual of smoking a joint, cannabis combustion or vaping is not a good idea right now with Coronavirus attacking the lungs, so I will be sharing how to make a tincture with alcohol. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣One of the best ways to contain the spirit of cannabis and other plants is in spirits. Alcohol is an excellent solvent for herbs, because it can extract the compounds and active ingredients that aren't water-soluble, such as essential oils, alkaloids and resins.⁣ Start with herbs, flowers and teas that you know and can find in your garden or local grocer. Expand upon your plant allies as you feel creatively empowered in your wellness practice. For the workshop I will include Cosmic Queen Cannabis, Blue Lotus, Lavender and Passionflower.
