WHAT DO I NEED AS A VENDOR?
Bring your products. Bring a tablecloth. Have your permits on file if you are a food vendor.

WHAT IF IM A NATIONAL BRAND?
Email Vendors@hesterstreetfair.com to inquire more information and see available dates.

WHERE IS THE EVENTS SCHEDULE?
In our applications or under the ‘Events’ tab on the top of the page.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PERMITS?
For food vendors, we ask for a TFSE, a Food Protection and Handler Certification, and G23 if applicable to your setup.

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?
Apply here. If accepted, we will run your payment. Once that is done your spot is confirmed on our schedule.

HOW MANY DATES CAN I APPLY FOR?
As many or as few as you’d like. They do not have to be consecutive, either.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
We prioritize full payment. You are welcome to sign up for a min. of dates now and reapply for dates later in the season if spots are available.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BOOTH?
A booth comes with a white tent. Your signage is completely up to you. Tables, chairs, and power are available per day.

WHAT TIME IS THE LOAD IN?
Vendors should load in at 9:30 AM. The market opens at 11 AM sharp and closes at 6 PM. You must stay open till 6 PM even if you sell out.

WHERE IS THE FAIR LOCATED?
We are located on Pier 17 at 89 South Street, NYC NY 10038. We are located outdoors.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We are open rain or shine. If the forecast is rain, please prepare accordingly.

CAN I CHANGE MY DATES?
Yes, if spots are still available and you ask us more than 10 days before your scheduled date.

CAN I HOLD A WORKSHOP?

WHAT’S THE INFO ON BRYANT PARK?
We curate food vendors for the Monday Night movies and Cultural picnics. If an application is available, you may apply. Food vendors only.
