At Wylder, we will transform spaces across the property into a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Explore unique rooms with different shopping destinations. As a special perk, vendors will enjoy discounted accommodations and a complimentary dinner courtesy of Wylder.
Visitors can look forward to Wylder weekend raffle giveaways, hands-on art activities, 21+ refreshment tastings, and DJs. It’s going to be an unforgettable event—don’t miss it!

The Seaport’s Tree Lighting Ceremony Holiday Pop-Up
We are excited to announce our holiday pop-up in collaboration with The Seaport! Located in a new cozy storefront, this event will showcase classic Hester Street vendors and special features.
Our storefront will debut during the annual Tree Lighting ceremony, promising a night of festive activities. Expect unique handcrafted gifts for sale, personalized gift-wrapping services, photo opportunities, live music, hot toddies, and a charming gingerbread village from abroad. It's an ideal evening to join in the seasonal spirit, mingle with neighbors, and celebrate the upcoming holidays. Look for us near the prominent tree at the corner of Water and Fulton Streets.
Join us at 18 Fulton Street (formerly the Scotch and Soda store) from 5 pm to 9:30 pm, with the official Tree Lighting Ceremony scheduled for 6 pm.

Custom Gift Wrapping and Holiday Portraits are on the menu for your indulgence. We know the rush that comes with presenting a gift and having your loved one exclaim out loud “WOW! SQUARE DANCE AT BRYANT PARK
Midtown's biggest hoedown returns
For the first time since 2019, square dance returns to Bryant Park for a night of country fun! Join us on Friday, September 29, 2023, from 5pm to 9pm for free western-themed activities, live music, and dancing.
Square dance sessions will be led by Dave Harvey, and there will be plenty of other fun things to do, including:
Trick roping
Kids' crafts
Corn hole
Corn shucking
Mechanical bull
Country attire is encouraged, and bandanas will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Hats will be available for purchase at the Bryant Park Shop + Info tent.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase, including country-inspired bites from Hester Street Fair and beer and wine from Stout NYC.

The Mexican Cultural Institute at Bryant Park
Join us for a cultural celebration alongside the Mexican Cultural Institute of New York. There will be live music and community activities that will allow you to get your hands on the rich traditions of Mexico. We will have nine different Mexican restaurants and independent food vendors, with two tents for folk art and crafts. Our food vendors start at 4:30 p.m.

This weekend the Hester Street Fair is kicking off season 14 in classic, much-missed fashion; Curated space for fresh, eclectic small businesses, creatives, and makers who keep NYC moving forward! After re-establishing themselves at The Seaport, the team’s main goal for the 2023 season has been to reconnect with their neighbors, tourists and all NYC locals alike to grow new roots. After 2 years in their new digs at the seaport, we’ve seen that no matter where they pop up, Hester Street Fair knows how to activate the community and bring people together!
Season 14 kicks off on April 22nd and 23rd 2023, from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Join us down at The Seaport and find yourself within a diverse space that is open to everyone. We invite you, your friends, and your family to walk through the different worlds all within NYC at one place: Hester Street Fair. Through collaboration and promotion of local creatives, crews, and commerce we expand our fair’s experience past a typical marketplace.

Saturday’s programming has music by Fulathela! Mike goes way back with our fair to 2018 when he had his own residency and was really part of our crew. His mixes are undeniably fire and you should start stretching now for all the dancing you’ll be doing.
For our Earth Day activity we have returning vendor and favorite foragerGlam Gardener NYC. She’s stepping into full educator mode to present The Wild Edible Plants Museum & Native Plant Potting Here is where you’ll learn how to identify (and taste) common wild edibles that grow across New York! Then, you’ll be walked through planting a native wildflower that can be taken home with you for free.
Sunday’s programming has DJ No Requests starting off the day for us at 11 am. Olive is a New Jersey-based DJ and radio host from Brazil who lives by the philosophy that music is medicine. When DJ No Requests is behind the deck, she is armed with the intent to make people move their bodies and put their woes (and workweeks) behind them. No Requests isn’t just a name, it’s a message…come out and let her hit you with the prescription!
After her set, we’ll be kicking off our season-long residency with XPIZZA, our BFF neighborhood pizza shop. Once a month they'll be taking over our DJ tent and will be turning it out! DJ REAL will be curating a vinyl-only vibe while taking extra space to curate an entire shop that is dedicated to underground artists, independent publishers, record labels, and crews. The shop will feature Archivio Records, Brujas, Dirty Mag, Uncensored New York, and Cncld World. Popping in and out from behind the DJ deck from 2-6 pm will be DJ Real, Lorenzo Slider, Babyssnakes, and Robert Valerio.

To help creative entrepreneurs make the most of their vending opportunities, we're hosting a workshop/panel discussion with 3pts founder Kim Robinson virtually through Zoom on April 5th from 7pm - 8:30pm. The cost is free.
What’s our strategy?
To create space and provide prompts for vendors to share advice and brainstorm new ideas for their pop-up strategy. Kim Robinson will lead the discussion but allow for and encourage participants to jump in with their feedback, questions, etc. Kim will also provide tips, best practices, and guidance based on his knowledge.

It’s the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on the evening of Tuesday, November 29th. Join Hester Street Fair for our Holiday pop-up shop where you can explore our specially curated vendors and shop their seasonal specials. Grab a quick and yummy bite while you’re at it (we’re bringing in some homemade dumplings), and support our small businesses in the best way possible: buying gifts for yourselves and your loved ones. We’ll be outside on the cross streets of Fulton and Front Street in front of the iPic Theater and Sunday in Brooklyn between the hours of 5 pm - 9:30 pm. See you there!
