Join us for the late-but-better-than-never 11th Season of the Hester Street Fair. Known for starting and supporting many creative pursuits, music and small businesses, we strive to serve the Lower East Side by offering a place to max and relax with friends while making new connections and acquisitions in taste, sound, looks, books, and other strides forward for your overall well being.
We are delighted to bring you another season of the fair this summer, offering a space to celebrate and be together in ease and creativity despite all that 2020 has thrown at us so far. This year’s events have been adapted to fit NYC’s safety guidelines: Vendors will be 6 ft. apart, our capacity for vendors and visitors has lowered, and we will have multiple hand washing and sanitizing stations throughout the park. Masks are mandatory.
Special Features
Danny Castaneda aka ProbablyYourDaddy is on the 1s and 2s this weekend and will have his homemade Nut Butter for sale. Not only that, but as a local organizer he will also be raising money and bringing in works from local artists that will also be for sale. More info is TBA! Stay tuned.
A new coffee shop at 54 W Henry St. that is owned and operated by two first-gen kids from the neighborhood, Dreamers NYC, opened their doors this past January. While their plans, like all of ours for the year, did not pan out the way they imagined, Dreamers kept at it and now have their doors officially open. Specializing in ethically sourced organic coffee, they are expanding their shop just a bit already by taking a booth over at our fair! Enjoy their cold brews of coffee and teas out in the open air.
What’s On The Menu?
