The new Hokkaido Jingisukan restaurant, Dr Clark, is launching their takeout menu with a takeout happy hour this Friday which even includes a take-home Shochu Sour Kit. Pete Ruppert from Lucian and Employe’s Only will demonstrate how to make this drink.
Following the Live workshop you can head over to Dr Clark and order takeout drinks from 5pm to 8pm
What you need
Shochu, seltzer, ice, citrus fruit, highball glass. Ingredients can be purchased in a simple kit at Dr Clark
