Arcane Vintage

Arcane Vintage comes from the painfully stylish Eduard Arcano and Sebastian Nunez. While both working as models, they take tons of pleasure in collecting vintage fashion and upcycling everyday pieces that further reflect their personalities and inspirations. What is their fashion giving? Badass women, breaking the rules, grunge, 90s Vogue, celebrity-voyeurism, and Catholic-school-girls-gone-bad. Their self-expression is wonderfully loud whether you're in their booth, or scrolling online through their shop. This past July when Eduard and Sebastian launched their business, they knew that the Hester Street Fair was the right place for them and we truly could not have agreed more.

What should we know about Arcane Vintage?
July 2022 is when we launched the brand and Hester Street Fair was our first pop-up during Labor Day Weekend. We're inspired by our Colombian and Cuban cultures, we have a unique sense of fashion, have a passion for gender-neutral clothes, and we decided to launch Arcane Vintage as a way to bring sustainability, special vintage pieces, and a sense of our own self-expression to the fingertips of all Vogue lovers across the US.

How did you find our fair? We found out about Hester on Instagram and since we had just started our company online, we wanted to show it to the world. We decided to apply for Hester because the location's view fits perfectly with our aesthetic.

How was your experience with us? Our experience was amazing! We are super excited to be back!

How do you create your product and what is your process like? Our vintage pieces are handpicked from all parts of New York, Florida, and Colombia. Our Arcane pieces are upcycled naked dresses & slip skirts & corset tops from the 70s-early 2000s that we heat-press with our unique prints & upcycled ruffles.
