Fluorescent Skin
Fluorescent Skin are our go-to girls for sunscreen, guashas, and green tea moisturizers! The company is formed by three sisters, Daisy, Angela, and Joan, who grew up in the Lower East Side and have a history of loving the Hester Street Fair from our original days in Seward Park. They are passionate about making K-beauty brands accessible to all and making cruelty-free beauty products of their own. Growing up around so many independent entrepreneurs in their neighborhood, they aimed to be part of our fair once they got their own business off the ground. We have loved having them ever since they started up in 2021.
Hester Street Fair was their first in-person customer interaction and they loved being behind the vendor's table. The girls find so much joy in talking to their customers and letting them know a little bit about their passion behind the brand, and their hand-made products such as candles, lip glosses, and bath salts. Using natural ingredients to ensure the safety of their consumers, they also sell their outside skincare brands at completely affordable prices and give "everyone a chance to try Korean skincare."

Daisy's Favorite:
Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, $24
The essence is highly concentrated with snail essence, which keeps your skin moisturized and radiant while providing healing properties that keep your skin looking healthy. It's something we use daily and we really see results as it healed inflammation and improved our skin texture.
Joan's Favorite:
Strawberry Shortcake Soy Candle, $15 Fill your home will the amazing scent of soft and buttery strawberry shortcake! Our candles are all hand-poured, made with 100% soy wax, and lead-free wicks. Light this candle up whenever you're craving strawberry shortcake or even when you want your home to smell as sweet as you!
Angela's Favorite:
Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen 50SPF, $18 This is a herbal-based sunscreen made of traditional Korean herbs and flowers, which help to nourish and protect the skin. It also has a non-irritating formula, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It also has an SPF of 50+, is lightweight and non-greasy. The three of us swear by this sunscreen and use it every day!
Our Favorite:
JayJun Green Tea Eye Gel Patch, $26. Its functions are brightening, hydrating, revitalizing, and to diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles. It's something we love to use to cap off our nighttime skincare routine or use after our morning face wash to look a little more awake after those long, fun nights. Good to use by all skin types, 60 patches in total.
