Lazy Sundays Home
Lazy Sundays Home was founded in 2020 by life partners Lisa and Rob, shortly after moving and slowly furnishing a new apartment. They wanted to share the unmatched beauty and quality of what vintage items hold and make it accessible by offering free delivery in the boroughs. Their goal is to bring joy, big or small, into your homes. We’ve loved to not only see their collection grow, but also their family. We adore seeing their baby boy come to the fair along with the Mother-In-Laws!
Lisa found our Instagram many years ago and have always wanted to check it out to shop. She said that after the first time they visited, she knew she would be there next as a vendor and she was right! They applied, was approved immediately, and we became their first in-person market.
Hester: How was the first time vending with us? Lisa: Great all around from ease of set-up/logistics, overall energy, management, vendors, customers, music, location.
Hester: How do you create your product / what is the process like? Lisa: It’s A LOT of driving around the Tri-State area sourcing and hoping you luck out with some treasures! Sometimes it’s hours of searching online for things. We refurbish/clean up some items if needed. Then we photograph and do all of our specs for web. We love it, even if it’s gotten a bit more exhausting with a baby now!
Lisa and Rob’s first day with us was in LES the Summer or 2020 & Vintage Day 2023 at The Seaport.
